Cosmetic surgery of the breast
Expertise in cosmetic as well as reconstructive surgery, and the time it takes to listen, explain and decide together.
Minimally invasive technique
Preservé breast augmentation
A technique that preserves the structures of the breast: the implant pocket is created with an inflatable balloon, without aggressive dissection or muscle detachment. The implant is introduced through a micro-incision, using an insertion sleeve.
Eligibility for this technique is assessed in consultation. It is not suited to every situation.

The surgeon
Dr Armand Azencot
Dr Azencot has developed a particular expertise in cosmetic breast surgery. He has performed breast augmentation for over twenty years, in cosmetic as well as reconstructive surgery.
He was among the first surgeons to develop the use of anatomical implants in cosmetic surgery, and that of fat transfer in breast surgery. This has given him extensive experience in the treatment of difficult breasts: malformations, asymmetry, complicated implants, breast reconstruction.
His expertise and advice will be of great value to you.

The journey
From the first consultation to follow-up
Nothing is decided at the first appointment. Two consultations are required, separated by a cooling-off period — time to ask the questions that come afterwards.
The surgeon will listen to you to understand your motivations and your expectations.
Dr Armand Azencot- I
Listen and examine
Your motivations and expectations first. Then a precise examination: skin quality, tissue thickness, gland volume, position of the areolas, any asymmetry.
- II
Picture the result
Measurements lead to the choice of implant, tried on with a sizer. A three-dimensional simulation helps you picture the result — a decision aid, never a commitment.
- III
Reflect
A detailed quote is given to you, and a legal cooling-off period of fifteen days applies before the operation. No deposit may be requested during that period.
- IV
Be followed up
Check-up consultations after the operation, then a visit and clinical examination every year. Do not hesitate to ask again for advice according to your personal activities.
