Data collected
Appointments are made by telephone or on Doctolib, whose own privacy policy then applies. This website has no personal account.
- Contact form — last name, first name, email address, telephone and message. This information is used only to answer your request: it is sent by email to the practice through the Resend email service, and is neither stored on this website nor used for any other purpose.
- Audience measurement — Google Analytics 4 and Metricool, loaded only after your consent, given through the cookie banner. Until that consent is given, neither is called and no analytics cookie is set.
- Cookieless audience measurement — a counter from the tracking platform of Ma Réputation en ligne, the agency that built this website, adds up page views, clicks to Doctolib, calls and contact forms sent. It sets no cookie, writes nothing on your device and assigns no identifier, so it does not require your consent. Your IP address is used only for a few minutes, in hashed form, to filter out abuse.
- Technical logs — the hosting provider records incoming requests (IP address, page requested, date) to keep the site secure and working.
Health data
This website does not ask for any health data. If you mention any in the contact form, it is used only to prepare the practice’s reply. Exchanges about your medical situation take place in consultation, or through the practice’s secure channels.
Retention period
Messages sent through the contact form are kept in the practice’s mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request.
Audience measurement cookies expire after thirteen months. The aggregated statistics they feed are kept according to the settings of the measurement property, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you, as well as a right to data portability.
You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Cookies
Analytics cookies are only set after your consent. You may refuse them without affecting your browsing, and change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
- Google Analytics 4 — cookies _ga and _ga_…, kept for thirteen months, audience measurement with anonymised IP address.
- Metricool — audience measurement tracker loaded from tracker.metricool.com.
Your choice itself is kept by your browser in its local storage, under the key draz-consent-v1: it is not a cookie, it is never sent to a third party, and it disappears if you clear the site data.

In cosmetic surgery, French law requires a detailed written quote and a cooling-off period of at least fifteen days between the consultation and the operation. No deposit may be requested during that period. Two consultations are required before any operation.
