Breast augmentation
Silicone gel implants, round or anatomical, with the choice of incision and implant plane. One of the most frequent requests in cosmetic surgery.
The Preservé technique
A two-centimetre micro-incision, a pocket created with an inflatable balloon without detaching the tissues, local anaesthesia with sedation. A lighter procedure, for a faster recovery.
Composite breast augmentation
An implant for volume, fat transfer for shape. Both combined in the same operation, to work on the cleavage, the contours and the space between the breasts.
Breast fat transfer
Augmentation with your own fat, without an implant. Half a cup to one cup size per operation — and the first-line option in some cases of asymmetry and malformation.
Breast lift
Breast lift and reshaping mastopexy, with or without an implant depending on the volume available. Firmer, higher breasts after pregnancies or weight changes.
Breast reduction
Treatment of breast hypertrophy: reducing volume, redraping the skin and correcting sagging. A procedure that is both functional and aesthetic.
Asymmetry and malformations
Tuberous breasts, volume asymmetry, severe juvenile hypotrophy, Poland syndrome. Situations where each breast calls for its own treatment.
Implant revision
Wear after ten years, rupture, capsular contracture, or simply the wish for a different shape. Replace, adjust the pocket, or convert to fat.
Nipple and areola surgery
An inverted nipple is corrected with a short procedure, often under local anaesthesia, with no time off work. A frequent concern that is rarely mentioned.

In cosmetic surgery, French law requires a detailed written quote and a cooling-off period of at least fifteen days between the consultation and the operation. No deposit may be requested during that period. Two consultations are required before any operation.
